Regular weekly Awareness Through Movement classes (or Feldenkrais group classes) are offered as multiple-week series many times throughout the year. Themes change, as do the length of series. If I’m in town, I’m probably teaching weekly classes.
Currently, weekly classes are all held on Zoom. You don’t need to have your camera on, but I recommend setting yourself up to allow me to have a clear view of you during the lesson. This better helps me help you.

You start with your self. Your whole self.
This is the beauty of the Feldenkrais Method®. In it, there is a deep respect and honouring of you as a unified whole.Whether you’re struggling with knee pain, back stiffness, weak core, shoulder tendinitis or anything else, you function as a unified whole.
So this summer, rather than say I’m going to teach a series of Awareness Through Movement® lessons on some part or specific theme, we’re going to explore “a little bit of everything”. Because ultimately, every Awareness Through Movement lesson is designed to benefit you, not just some part of you.
Whatever your struggles or successes, they are not related to just one thing. They are the result of a complex mix of everything you’ve encountered and all you’ve done.
One thing that makes the Feldenkrais Method so potent is how you are held as a unique, unified whole; everything about you affects everything else.
This summer, rather than focusing on one theme, body part, or idea, we’re going to explore a little bit of everything.
